Rice Flour - Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour, www.bobsredmill.com or Arrowhead Mills Rice Flour, www.arrowheadmills.com

Oat Flour can be found at www.arrowheadmills.com

(All the flour companies listed above have USDA Certified Organic products.)

Dolci Frutta - Look in your fresh fruits section of your local grocery. If your store doesn't carry it, email the company to find out the closest location. www.dolcifrutta.com

Dessicated Coconut is drier, non-sweetened, and similar in size to coarse bread crumbs. Find at your local Latin, Asian, African or International Markets or online: www.americanspice.com or do a regular "shopping" search for best price.

Castor Sugar can be ordered from The English Tea Store, www.englishteastore.com

Lyles Golden Syrup - My local grocery recently started carrying this product. If yours doesn't, there are numerous links to buy it online.

Good cocoa powder: Ghirardelli, www.ghirardelli.com, Scharffen Berger, scharffenberger.com, Valrhona, www.valrhona-chocolate.com

Dulce De Leche - Can often be found in your local grocery in either the Latin section or baking supplies, near the evaporated and condensed milk. I recommend Nestles, in flavor, above all others.

Copha or Kremelta, solid vegetable shortening made of coconut oil -

Lard - Good quality lard to bake with is harder to find than cheaper, hydrogenated lard which is readily available. Go to a health minded grocery store and read the labels.

Chocolate-filled Peppermint Candy Canes or Peppermint Candy Canes can be found at specialty candy shops or online at www.hammondscandies.com

Hispanic Themed Cookie Cutters: Visit www.cookiecutter.com, look under Western for chilli peppers, www.sweetartfactory.com and the H.O.Foose Tinsmithing Company, www.foosecookiecutters.com, under Southwest. Foose has some specialty cutters I haven't seen anywhere else, like Mardi Gras Masks!

Cookie Scoops: Pampered Chef ice cream/cookie scoops - www.pamperedchef.com

Refrigerator and Freezer Deodorizer - Prevent odors in fridge and freezer. Search online for the specific brand "Fridge Aid Deodorizer" - and search for best price. I use it, it works well, no 'freezerated', smelly foods in the Olson household.
